Type of review

As others have noted, the 720p camera itself is mediocre, although it's fine for zoom calls and the like. I bought it for Windows Hello facial recognition and it's perfect for that. Works fast and 100% reliable. I recommend ignoring reviews of incompatibility with newer versions of Windows 10. This is not the case; It works perfectly if you download the correct Realtek camera driver (see screenshot) and make sure you have the Microsoft Camera app (from the Microsoft Store) installed if you…

Finally affordable face recognition login for Windows 10!

It's so cool that you can log into windows 10 just by looking at the camera and it will recognize me and log me in. This camera does just that and also works like a regular HD webcam for Skype and other video calls. I've wanted one for a long time but when they first came out they were insanely expensive. Now LilBit is offering it for less than $75! However, getting it working the first time requires some technical knowledge. The latest version of Windows 10 (Spring Update) requires a camera…

It scores highest in the Computer Accessories and Peripherals category.

The English instructions are a bit unclear and it was only then that I realized that I connected the camera to a USB 2.0 port (and plugged it into a USB 3.0 port) why it is with the Windows 10 Hello Face software not working. Once the camera was properly connected, the software recognized the drivers and has worked flawlessly ever since. You have to load drivers from an IP address, which is cumbersome but works. The video image looks good. And the microphone works well. I would buy these again…

Great facial recognition camera!

I bought this facial recognition device to use with Windows Hello. That works great! Windows recognized it and set it up with no problems, I was able to assign it to Windows login and so far it's working fast and reliably! I've been very happy about it! As a webcam, it's nothing special. I think it works that way, but I have a webcam for telemedicine sessions for work, so I don't use a Kaysuda camera for that at all.

Works for Windows Hello, that's why I bought it

Webcams are in short supply these days with many people working from home. I needed a webcam/login camera for my desktop with the current version of Windows. There were very few inexpensive window login options, so I gave it a try. The installation was easy, I put the camera on top of the monitor, plugged it into the USB port and after a reboot everything was recognized. Zoom call worked well. Fixed focus camera, not HD but usable. Works great for Windows Hello feature. It's nice that I don't…

It works with Windows Hello Face

I bought a 1080p webcam and then spent hours troubleshooting why it's not working with Windows Hello. Eventually I realized that this is not IR. Face recognition was my main reason I wanted a webcam. Kaisuda's webcam was delivered and it took about 3 minutes to get up and running with Windows Hello. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the camera mount. The way it sits on my monitor blocks about 1/2 inch of my monitor.
