The English instructions are a bit unclear and it was only then that I realized that I connected the camera to a USB 2.0 port (and plugged it into a USB 3.0 port) why it is with the Windows 10 Hello Face software not working. Once the camera was properly connected, the software recognized the drivers and has worked flawlessly ever since. You have to load drivers from an IP address, which is cumbersome but works. The video image looks good. And the microphone works well. I would buy these again if needed.
