I bought these little ones because I was planning to wall mount the Neewer NL 660 LED panel. Check out the picture attached to this review. They'll probably end up in my trash can. Not worth it for me to try and come back. Maybe one day I'll find a use for these little papas. Just not up to the task I bought it for.

It would have been a perfect five, but there was a problem. The screws failed and almost destroyed my candy bar. Build quality is decent, but they should come with anchors. Apparently other reviewers have mentioned this. I got it working by buying a set of anchors from a local hardware store, but this accident could have been avoided. Once installed, they do their thing.

These are well designed and sturdy mounts that allow you to mount the light on a wall or ceiling. I like that there are 2 screws that attach the socket to the mounting plate (so he can't accidentally loosen the screw and drop the light). I've uploaded some photos to show construction details. I am very happy with this purchase! I'm so glad I got rid of the tripods I've been burning with for the last year. This opened up a lot of space in my studio! My only criticism is that the fixings came with not very good quality screws and no drywall anchors. I didn't really care, I always have a lot of tools in my drawer, but I would recommend not just using the screws that came with the brackets. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the quality of the bindings and would buy them again!

Works as advertised! I'm pretty sure this isn't a cheap construction that must have welds ahead of the bolt holes, but a solid piece. The only thing is that you technically have to put it diagonally, that is, place it where it's shaped like a diamond, not a square. The amazing device is over 1 1/2" so there is no logical way to get the bolt right so literally dangle it so you can get a second bottom screw hole to get into that bolt and you have at least two screws in a hairpin.
