This was a great replacement for the cheap adapter that came with my stand. It was plastic. I tried to save money and it didn't pay off, but that's the real deal. Just be careful how tight you tighten it if your arm is aluminum.

Excellent quality. On par with the best of them. Large handle provides easy leverage and access. It is firmly fixed and can hold heavy loads. The large handle is ergonomic and comfortable. However, you should reconsider your decision if you are working in a small space on small shoots. The handle is on the outside, ready to hold on to things. Or at the end of the C-arm, they can get a little pushy.

wow. So good. I have Avenger/Kupo grips but this one looked just as good for 30% less money. Thought I'd take it as it looks close and is probably a white label grip from a well known brand. After a month of use I can say that I am impressed. It works just as well if not better than any other grip I use. I highly recommend it. The spring works well and provides good separation. It rotates and opens smoothly without much effort. I will buy more if I need more.
