that's perfect! A bit expensive, yes. But the paper is thick, rough and durable. The case is soft to the touch but is firm and won't bend. It feels luxurious in my hand and I love to paint in it. I do most of my drawing and testing in a cheaper book, but I use it to practice a new skill and take it with me on vacation to paint outdoors. I love it. I didn't get any warps either, BUT I didn't make a huge water filled painting in it, just plants and small drawings.

I love this art magazine! I will buy more. The paper holds water well with minimal buckling and I can handle it. Holds ink and gouache perfectly. It's nicely textured on both sides of the page, which is hard to find. There is enough texture but not too much to make drawing or sketching too difficult. I can't even express how much I love this book. I would like it in other sizes, but I'm very happy with this one. You will not be disappointed! I love this sketchbook!

Great sketchbook! The quality of the paper is excellent, but I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the paper is printed on one side, which I may have overlooked somewhere in the description. You *can* paint on the back of the pages with watercolor, but there's no texture, so the pigment lays weird. Also, some pages were glued into the cover where the glue from the cover had seeped into the pages. It annoyed me a little because I like to open the pages all the way and draw vertically with the…
