My old linear keyboard has stopped working and I couldn't find where to get replacement parts. I gave up and got it and replaced the whole unit. My gate is now back in business. They are easy to program, have solid construction, have good tactile feedback, and are backlit at night.

Excellent unit. I'm so glad I decided to spend the extra money and get this compared to the rubbish I was considering. This thing is tough and one can only say that it is well made. Works great and well designed. The buttons beep when pressed and are backlit for you to see in the dark. good device.

Purchased on March 11, 2018. It no longer works. The product says there is a 24 month guarantee. Called linear to inquire about sending it back for a replacement. Linear SAYS I need to deal with Revain as I ordered through them. When I go through the return process for a Revain item it says it CANNOT be returned. SO MUCH for 24 months warranty. I just replaced my first one which was over ten years old with this new one. They are exactly the same. They're a little difficult to program, but if you just take your time you'll be fine. look at it Inside, the new 20 year old looks older than the 10 year old I took off when I replaced it. I followed the directions to the tee and there was already one so I know I didn't set it up wrong. It's fried. Firstly, it never got wet inside and it was installed exactly like that. Just be careful.

The AK-11 is a durable keyboard that will stand up to years of constant use. Programming isn't too difficult, but almost all the features you need are available.
