Someone has thought long and hard about developing a fastener for this but never tried to make sure it actually works. The mounts are overly complex and completely ineffective. Mounting points break out of chipboard when breathed on. It takes up a lot of space and only holds 4 large bath towels. I return with great regret.

What a great idea for a great product. I knew right away that it wasn't made in the USA. The screw holes were in the wrong place and not on the side, making this hole look like a U instead of a round one. Sorry I can't explain it any better than saying the hole went out of the wood. . Just to catch part of the spot where it should have been. I wouldn't recommend this company but find one that takes pride in their work.

Ordered this as a small linen box to keep near the kids rooms to bring back their towels - perfect for down the hall and quite a nice closet. Very pleased with the look but care must be taken when opening as the laundry bag can fall off the rails and is difficult to put back on. It was very easy to put together, some of the parts were very heavy, but they all fit together and work great. Very happy with this purchase.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this product to anyone. This has to be one of the worst purchases I've made in the last year. The product seems easy to assemble and should be, but the screw and mounting holes are difficult to align and many of them don't line up (so you'll have to re-drill to fit). It's not strong, the basket inside is small, made of cheap pressed cardboard, doesn't last. It is easy to scratch or rub off. I do not recommend. Save money and buy something better.

I needed a laundry basket to hide all my dirty clothes in because my daughter's closet isn't big enough for a basket. It looked perfect, but when we put it together we realized that the bag that came with it wasn't big enough to hold more than a small load of laundry. So instead of attaching the bag to the closet, we just put its old big basket in the closet! Works perfectly. Dirty clothes are not visible. I think I could just buy a basic kitchen cabinet with the door opening sideways instead…

Assembly is a little tricky but my husband and I did it in about 2 hours, the instructions were clear. We love collecting furniture so it's not difficult. They last longer than I expected based on the reviews so I'm thrilled. The color is great, just like in the photo. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. I wanted to order them from WAYFAIR but they were made to order and were actually cheaper. They are the perfect size, I'm 5ft 3" and they come down to my waist, I don't feel like I have
