The Primas Group has provided application development, software solutions, and professional services to some of the largest contact centers in the industry since 1994.
I like that it is very easy for our agents to use this product. It's simple enough so that they don't have to learn anything new just yet. We are still trying to figure out how we can add more features into this system but as long as you know what your doing then there isn't much to dislike about this program.
So far nothing! If you're looking for something simple and user friendly this is perfect for you. This will be great if you need an agent who knows their way around computers or someoneβ¦

Not a fancy program and not a complicated program at the same time

The program is great and nothing is really bad about it
I like how easy it is for our reps while not sitting at their desks! It allows them flexibility as they can still stay connected with customers but are able work from anywhere that's convenient too!! Also helps when you need help or want new features added quickly we have access right away without having wait time between requests/queries which makes my job easier than ever before.
Nothing so far other then maybe needing more training about its use because there isn't much info out yet if any
