📶 Enhance Your Wi-Fi Experience with the Linksys Max-Stream AC1200 MU-MIMO USB Wi-Fi Adapter (WUSB6400M) Review

I have 1 gigabyte of fiber internet with Linksys Mesh Wi-Fi. Using it on my gaming PC which is 20ft from the main node (only 6 nodes indoors) hasn't let me down. My ping is also recorded at 5ms. This speed test was performed on Monday at 4:15 p.m. It was an easy install and Linksys has always had the best technical support, although it wasn't required for the install.

Item arrived a few days after ordering and was in excellent condition. I opened the package, plugged in a 3.0 USB port to the computer, started the computer and everything happened automatically. He installed every driver he needed and set my computer to recognize it at startup. It connected to my wifi with no problems and has been working non-stop ever since. Very happy with it and it supports streaming and other internet usage on my computer.

I tried this device on three different PCs (two laptops and one desktop), all running Windows 10 (latest build). None of the PCs recognized the device, although the small light on the device blinked on and off intermittently. Device Manager in Control Panel never sees the device. I've also tried this on at least two different ports (USB 2 and USB 3) on two PCs. I called Linksys support which according to the boxed brochure is open at 8:00am PT Saturday. But when it's open they don't take calls.

So far I like this little adapter. It replaced TP Link, which was supposed to support higher speeds, but failed because it wouldn't connect to my Linksys router. Both this adapter and my Linksys EA7500 Max Stream Router support MU-MIMO and work flawlessly together. I play online quite a bit and my latency has increased from 106-2500ms to 34ms.
