The mounting holes do not match on one of the two items we ordered. the one that is level looks good but wobbles (doesn't sit flat on the floor). Edit to add: We were able to swap out the one we couldn't build. The new one was missing 4 screws. hoping that they will send us more as soon as possible. We are unhappy.

The stools look great overall. The welds are not very precise. I had to fiddle around to put them together. The holes for the bottom ring didn't line up with the holes on the legs. I had to loosen the legs, line up the holes, attach the bottom ring, and then re-tighten the legs to the bottom of the seat. They are very durable and lie flat on the floor. No wobble!

Almost never assembled. I bought two and the back of one was an inch and a half short of the hole. We changed the backs and made them better, but still not the same. We have to drill a hole. One of the backs is still not aligned so we only attached it to one side of the back. A foot pad was missing, so it wobbles. We emailed the company to get a replacement but it never arrived. On the plus side, the seat is very comfortable and looks good. Just don't analyze the welds. You are terrible.
