Super easy to put together. Was so sick of my dog sleeping in our bed, she's deaf therefore she doesn't like sleeping on the floor. This took care of that problem and she's sleeping like a baby and so am i! 10/10

The customer service was fantastic. They also have a You Tube video for any questions you may have. The lounge looks good and is tall enough for my dog to look out the window. My only complaint is that the lounge moves a little with larger dogs if they move around/jump down.

Bought this expensive pet bed in August. We have a small dog who is 10 years old.in 3 months this is what the mattress looks like. no heavy usage. the material is falling apart and our dog ended up eating it and falling sick. I contacted the manufacturer. They didn't do anything about it.

It was easy to assemble and my dog loved it, it was nice to have him next to me all night but still have the whole bed to ourselves.

The product stated it would be 39" in length. It only measures at 36" long. My dog needed that extra 3" and will not use it because he can't lie down comfortably in it. It holds dogs up to 100 pounds. What 100 pound dog is only 36" long?

Our dog loves his new bed. It is level with our mattress so he can walk right on to our bed when he wakes up. I love the foot room I have now that he has his own space right next to our bed.

My dog is 20 pounds so it works well but doesn’t seem sturdy enough to hold a 100 pound dog. Very sturdy but I don’t think it could hold that weight personally. Pretty simple to put together and nothing was damaged. Have used it for many months now and still durable and holding up.
