This product was a huge disappointment. As someone who regularly works with Tools and Home Improvement products, I expected more from this tester. The instructions were confusing and the device didn't seem to work properly. The only positive is that it is compact and easy to store. The cons, however, far outweigh the pros. Save your money and invest in a better tester.

These pliers work much better than long-jaw pliers, but you still need to be careful how they grip the relay as you pull it out. You should try lowering it down to the base of the relay and squeezing just enough so it doesn't pop out from under, but not so hard that it bends the tips. Good quality for money. The handles must not be bent. Bending the handles will cause them to slip off. It's a bit annoying when you control your grip pressure.

This is an exceptional product! Relay adapters allow the user to easily check the presence/absence of signals on the relay. The relay clamp is an exclusive bonus for the kit. This provides enough mechanical advantage to remove the relay without damaging the surfaces.
