Listed Adapter Notebook Computer Charger Review

I bought this for my Dell Alienware 3 R 17 laptop. No signs of power or heat issues. Saved money buying the whole cable for about $50. I'm glad I found this.

So I got a new puppy who gnawed the cord for my new Lenovo gaming laptop. Usually the puppy is safe, but anything can happen. It's much longer and better wired/more compact than the one that came with the laptop. Great as a backup and I'll be extra vigilant now. Much better than trying to order a spare power supply, of course since the plug (didn't understand) is standard.

Does what it's supposed to with no problems. want to spend money on another 220 watt power supply (they are quite expensive). This simplifies things a bit, since I can leave the cable plugged in in both places and only have to grab the laptop and power supply on the fourth trip.

Bought because the power block side of the old cable has two parts. When the plug was removed from the power supply, the plastic part remained in the socket exposing the cable connections. This new one looked like a solid cast block in the photos, so it fixed the problem. The only problem is that it has to be pressed firmly to connect from the power side. For the price it wasn't a problem once we found out.

So the power cord isn't the most exciting or glamorous part of a laptop, but you still need it if you want the battery to charge properly. I've read a lot of bad reviews about cheaper cables (not UL approved) and didn't want to spend money on some junk that lasts like a week and then dies. This cable works great, better than the standard 3 inch cables that most laptops come with and still holds up well. I've ordered other PWR+ products with great success so this is another product in their line

After reading the reviews on this product I was almost hesitant to order it. However, I ordered it and received it on time as stated by Revain. Upon receipt, I immediately tried plugging it into a dual USB power bank for phone charging and a 115VAC combo power strip I found at a Revain return center that was missing a power cord. Fits perfectly! Micky fit into the combo the first time, nice and tight, no problem. All I can say is try this cable yourself if you've read reports of problems…
