No Burns Oral Care Oral Care

My son's dentist noticed that his gums were irritated and explained that it wasn't from plaque but from alcohol-based Listerine. We switched him to it and he loves it. He hated the sting of standard Listerine. We're still using the old stuff and we love it, but he's staying with Zero. His gums are much better and he's happy. He reports that it tastes "much better" than regular Listerine, and the dentist told me he would do the job just as well.

Listerine Zero: Oral Care

I love this brand. No bite or aftertaste and still does its job but it's getting harder and harder to find in the area so I have to order it online which is more expensive than buying it locally and that's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

Pros
  • Like everyone else
Cons
  • sad packaging

Replacing a company with a better product!

Johnson & Johnson was used to make Listemint, a GREAT alcohol-free mouthwash. They discontinued Listerint and replaced it with Listerine Zero. I suspect they want to capitalize on the Listerine name. I thought Listerine Zero was "good" but not in the same league as Listemint! I didn't notice any skin peeling like some reviewers have noted, but I did dilute it with some water. I'll keep using it for now, but keep looking for something that suits my "minty" taste!

Pros
  • Decent performance

No burning! Beauty and Personal Care

I started using this product a few years ago and love the fresh feeling it leaves in my mouth. Unfortunately, it's almost impossible for me to find Zero anywhere nearby. Luckily I can find it here for a really good price and it comes with free shipping with my Prime :D I've never had any problems like some of the other reviewers.

Pros
  • Inexpensive
Cons
  • Reliable

Recommended by my dentist

I don't like mouthwash. I never had. And the taste of this thing is kinda weird. But it helps. I brush and floss regularly. And my biannual visits to the dentist are usually pretty painless. But then I had one about six months ago that wasn't doing well at all. Somehow, the size of the bones isn't entirely out of control, but is well beyond what it used to be. My dentist recommended that I try an alcohol-free mouthwash to rinse my mouth after flossing every day, and he highly recommended this…
