I don't like mouthwash. I never had. And the taste of this thing is kinda weird. But it helps. I brush and floss regularly. And my biannual visits to the dentist are usually pretty painless. But then I had one about six months ago that wasn't doing well at all. Somehow, the size of the bones isn't entirely out of control, but is well beyond what it used to be. My dentist recommended that I try an alcohol-free mouthwash to rinse my mouth after flossing every day, and he highly recommended this liquid. When I came back six months later, my gums were in much better shape. The size of the bones did not deteriorate, and cleaning was much smoother. I think I'll suck it up and keep rinsing my mouth with this stuff after I dye the floss.
