Bought six of these to replace Hampton Bay fittings. They are much smaller and the sparse design doesn't bother me. The problem was that they had to fit into stock H-rails. I was able to easily remove and install the Hampton Bay lightheads, but it was a mess. At times it felt like the track would collapse if I applied a little more torque. This is a great looking light for the price! It was a bit fussy. After connecting and installing, I installed the first light in the track and it didn't work. Then I removed the wiring, checked again and redid. It still didn't work. Then I added two more lights to the track and they worked so I thought I had a bad light. I moved the non-working light further down the path and it worked. I had to fiddle with it to finally get it to work on the right part of the track closest to the wiring…

My review is based more on the product page and information than the product itself. I find it hard to understand why one of the most basic product information for track lighting, the track type, is left out. I wanted new light heads for the L rails. but was disappointed to find upon opening the box that the Step Baffle is B30 rail head (CA compliant, white) for the H type rail.
