I used this fuse to replace the copper plate in my factory Mercedes Sprinter auxiliary battery connector to protect everything after the faucet.

I hate hot links; Use these instead.

I use an electric fan that draws 70 amps at maximum speed. I don't trust fusible links and hate troubleshooting when they fail. Eliminating the connections and using the mega fuse is the way to go.

Great Product I have been purchasing these Mega Fuses and Mega Fuse Holders for years now and have never had any quality or fitment issues. They can be used for different types of circuit protection and different environments. .I like them and highly recommend them!

It's mega, get a mount for it, plug it in properly and you'll be protected if your gear fails.

Yes it's a MEGA fuse, just like the big one, but it doesn't conduct much current - so it must be big. Get a compatible mount, connect it properly with the right gauge wire, and rest assured if something goes wrong you won't fry your precious trip. I'm glad I chose this type of backup.

This is a backup. best fuses and accessories

nothing to say. This is a backup. I used this in a dual battery installed in my camper to protect against short circuits. Since this is a bolt fuse, you must be careful not to touch any metal during installation. I accidentally made one and blew it. Didn't realize I blew it until my second battery stopped charging, so I think it did the job. Just buy the right fuse holder, choose a good location and you'll be happy.
