Must have in ladder - Extra Utility Add-on

I use it almost every time I use my ladder. It holds cans/buckets, has holes for screwdrivers and other tools, and acts as a handrail when standing on the landing. Very diverse!

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not as thick as other lockpicks

Too high, uncomfortable to use.

I cannot use the paint or tool stand because it is too high to work comfortably on the stairs. It's not strong enough to lean against. It would be great if I could adjust the height if it was 10-12 inches shorter.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons

Does not work with most ladders and is ambiguous on certain models.

XE in my ladder name clearly doesn't mean Extreme listed as a compatible ladder. I had to go back, as did many others. You need an explicit list of compatible ladder model numbers.

Pros
  • High support and durability scores from testers
Cons
  • The high price of

Little Giant Air Deck

I saw this on TV years ago but my early Little Giant ladders didn't fit the Air Deck. After buying one over a year ago, I found that I needed an inflatable deck to hold paint while painting, and an inflatable deck in storage position allows you to climb a step or two up the stairs while still using it have something to grab. .

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Unbelievable Price

A useful addition to the staircase

Warned by other reviews I made sure before ordering it would fit my particular little giant - mine has very obvious mountings for it and the label basically says 'Air Deck' goes there so there wasn't one Doubt. It is well finished, the assembly/disassembly is very easy and the intervention feels very positive. I've found this to be a very useful addition when the stairs are in an "A" configuration - the handrails help your stability (I'm not the most level-headed performer on stairs) and work…

Pros
  • Very profitable
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Use Air Deck on other multi-position ladders.

First, I don't have a Little Giant ladder - I have a 22 foot multi-position Gorilla ladder that looks exactly like the Little Giant. My stairs have no brackets. Here's how I did it without drilling the stairs. I used the 3/4" grade 40 PVC I had left over. They cut 2 5" segments. You will get some adjustable metal plumbing brackets (4pcs) and attach PVC. Make sure you place the Air Deck in the brackets before tightening them so they are in the right place. You'll need to file/sand the small…

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Lots of stuff
