Shoes are very pretty but hurt and hurt

We often buy Geox shoes for our boys. The shoes are of great quality and fit perfectly. My son has worn the shoes several times now - we thought they would only be broken in whenever - but he got open sores all over his ankle. He says the shoes really hurt. The shoes rattle the skin, despite socks / thick socks. We have now bought new shoes and have stayed in these.
