Mostly dead - but the company made it right!

Culture came mostly dead. Brown and somewhat rotten-smelling. There were a few green shoots so I separated them as best I could from the mess and planted them. Those survivors haven't really started growing yet (been 2 weeks), but they haven't died either so I'm waiting to see if they can come back from the brink. I'm hopeful since they're very lovely plants and I really want them to make it.Edit 2/6 - the plants are still struggling so I contacted the company and they ordered a refund or…

Pros
  • Arrived in great shape.
Cons
  • Arrived dead on arrival due to excessive heat exposure.

Healthy plants - my new review

I rec'd my plants and at first thought that they were too tiny. Totally normal for tissue cultures. When I started dividing the plants they seemed endless. Had enough to place along the entire back of my ten gallon aquarium. They are already growing and well worth not getting algae, snails or pests other plants can carry. Would buy from again.

Pros
  • RINSE! CUT! PLANT! : RINSE them under water and wash out any gel. CUT, divide into small portions. PLANT, ready to grow onto substrate, driftwood, rock etc.
Cons
  • This plant arrived somewhat wilted, and slimy. Gel was discolored.
