Great Platform For Call Recording & Lead Capture

I like the option of having multiple call recording options, including the ability to connect to my clients. The platform is a bit clunky to use at times, but that's probably just me! We really needed an easy to use call recording platform for our reps, and this one fit all the bill perfectly. Our rep spends less time training and instead focusing on doing her best work. Does exactly WHAT IT PROMISES and MORE!!!

I like that it is able to pull in my website's social media pages, which are already populated with content by our team of writers who have been working hard for months or even years building out these posts/pages - all they need now is some exposure! The ability to add custom fields would be great as well (aside from what we've already added). And yes, this does help drive traffic back onto your site after someone has called you about something else; but if done correctly can also lead people…

Great experience and good solution: LiveCall

I like that it allows me to do my work from home with ease, while still being able make outbound phonecalls as well! It is very easy for someone who has never used this type of software before because there are many features you can use in order get started right away without too much difficulty or confusion about how things works/work best together etc.. There isn't anything i dislike really though other than maybe having some sorta tutorial video series would be nice so new users could learn…
