I like the option of having multiple call recording options, including the ability to connect to my clients. The platform is a bit clunky to use at times, but that's probably just me! We really needed an easy to use call recording platform for our reps, and this one fit all the bill perfectly. Our rep spends less time training and instead focusing on doing her best work. This has made a huge impact in our customer satisfaction rates! I like that it helps me reach out to prospects who are interested in my products or services. It is very easy to use and navigate through the platform. The customer service has been great as well! There's nothing I dislike about this product at this time. Reach out to leads and prospective customers with ease! I have seen an increase of leads coming from this tool. This has helped us close more deals.
