Very strong and hard to swallow. If something is swallowed, it gets worse. However, it works. I've seen comments from other reviewers that it's better to take the kid's version and I have to agree. It would be nice if they put this ad before you buy.

Tastes great, leaves a feeling of freshness and taste in the mouth - suitable for rinsing the mouth, brushing your teeth and flossing. There is no such strong feeling that I have experienced from similar elixirs for teeth and gums. The only thing I think they could do better is use a better label that isn't as water sensitive. It's essentially paper, but I'm sure it degrades better than typical retail labels. I'm already planning to buy both again and try the Yoga Tooth Mix live libations…

I put a drop or two in my palm and put a toothpick through before brushing. Before using the tongue scraper, pass the drops through the tongue scraper as well. I like the refreshingly clean overall feeling on the teeth and in the mouth. Also sprinkle my Spry Toothpaste with Living Libations Tooth Powder to clean your teeth.
