Great for workout/cardio, moves with you.

These are the shorts I use primarily for training, speed training and cardio. Some of these workouts involve burst moves and usually HIIT. These shorts feel great moving with you and are super light, perfect. I haven't had any durability issues with deep squats or anything that tests the flexibility of shorts.

It's great - Training & Fitness

Maybe I had to go bigger as the average size is a bit tight. I am 6ft 2in and 210lbs. The back pocket is so convenient that I can fit my iPhone Pro Max with a fairly bulky case, as well as an AirPod case and a house key. I will reorder in more colors and one size larger.

Perfect for women too!

This is for all women who are looking for good shorts that don't show buttocks and don't ride up - this is it! I needed new bike shorts, but I wanted THIS style. However, in the case of women's clothing, this proved impossible. So I switched to the male side. I'm 5ft 2cm, size 10 so my size chart is medium. Great fit! They don't drive up, they are easy to cycle or just walk. Very very happy.

Perfect for women too!

Really as advertised

After reading so many mixed reviews about different brands of 2 in 1 shorts I decided to pull the trigger on these bad guys. I am 5ft 8153lbs and ordered a medium size. They literally fit perfectly. The inner material is light and comfortable and fits snugly around my quads. It feels very fresh and I almost forget I'm wearing them. The only criticism is that the back pocket is too small. Doesn't fit my Galaxy S10+ but not a problem for me. Especially with the price.

I work in a large warehouse with very physical work and was looking for something packable, light and breathable to wear to work. Good. Very light, almost as if they didn't exist Very breathable, guys will understand that breathability can be an issue in the crotch area, but not in these! I felt the breeze as I walked. I compared four shorts and found the following:

I bought four brands of running shorts to choose the best: Loozykit, Arsuxeo, Lixada and TCA. Here's what I found out: Loozykit The lining is too loose. But they are comfortable. What makes these shorts great are the pockets. Two large pockets on the front, a decent zipped pocket on the back and a mobile phone pocket on the leg.
