The helmet automatically answers phone calls after 3 rings. There is no way to turn off this auto-reply feature. 😕 I don't always answer calls when I'm driving, especially because I don't know the numbers. I wouldn't have bought it if I had known.

This helmet has Bluetooth 2.0 and is not compatible with Bluetooth 3.0. I bought 2 helmets at the same time, one came 2.0 and the other 3.0. The intercom does not work with different Bluetooth versions. Sent back and received another helmet with 3.0 and the intercom worked.

Perfect fit, lightweight, comfortable and secure compared to other brands. The speakers are as loud as they should be, so you're not just listening to music, but whatever you need to hear while driving. I use an old smartphone that is out of service like mp3 via bt and it works great. I have 5 helmets on and off road and now use my Tork for both.

I'm no helmet expert but this one seems decent. Disappointed I bought 2 for me and my husband and while you should be able to communicate with other drivers ours don't connect. We can both connect to our phones, which is a plus, but the main reason for this choice was communication. Wrote company, no answer. This is the reason for the 3 star rating.

I bought this helmet because of the price and the bluetooth capability. I always listen to music when I drive. I didn't have much trouble connecting my iPhone 12 to the headset. The music is gone. The sound quality is audible (not great at highway speeds), but it was low. Even at maximum volume, phoning on the freeway is not very efficient. Comfort 8/10 price 9/10 sound quality 6/10.
