🔵 Loc-Line 80813 Shop Vacuum Kit, 2.5-inch, Blue/Orange Review

In my small garage I use an old Craftsman and a Oneida Dust. This is a good addition for collecting dust on my drill press and belt sander. They aren't cheap, but they do exactly what is expected of them.

It came as promised so no complaints about the product or the supplier. I hope that the links will loosen up a bit, because moving to other positions is actually not an easy task. Same price as the Drillnado so I chose it after reading about the issues with the Drillnado XL.

This kit should not be missing from any drill and connects to an industrial vacuum or your dust collection system. You can place the suction nozzle exactly where you need it and easily move it when needed. It's a little pricey, but the convenience and time savings in cleaning are worth it.

This is one of those things that you should see and know what you need right away. Collecting dust from things like belt sanders and miter saws is always difficult. The fact that this thing flexes and maintains suction in a shop vacuum is a great addition to picking up large particles from the air and off my face. The molded plastic it's made of is very durable and I'm finding more and more ways to use it in my shop. I will definitely buy a second one to use

Good for collecting dust and chips on the drill. The female hose end is perfect for a standard 2.5" vacuum hose that will fit. I use a slit tip, the wide nozzle doesn't seem to generate enough airspeed to pick everything up. I found the flange at the end of the hose too flexible for assembly. I moved the nozzle, then it returned to its place. Instead I made a wooden clip that secures the end of the tubing. This keeps the nozzle flat where I placed it.

I work part time woodworking and although I have a central dust collection system it doesn't collect saw dust being thrown across the table. By adding a fitting to the main vacuum line and using this device just above the saw blade, I now pick up most of the sawdust from my saw. We bought this as a dust collection solution for our workflow of cutting fairly small pieces of 1/2 inch thick plywood for attaching artwork. We have a large 4" manifold that doubles as a table saw as well as a 2 1/2" vacuum that is used for general cleaning. Both are equipped with HEPA filters.
