I like how fast it pulls up my customers information, so i know right away what services or products will match their needs best! I have been able to keep track of my clients through their oxygen use with this system. The only thing I dislike about it is how slow some parts can be, especially when adding new users or entering data for existing ones. This has not impacted our business much as we do not add many users at one time but if there were more than 5-10 people using the app simultaneously then it would get very sluggish.
