I like how fast it pulls up my customers information, so i know right away what services or products will match their needs best! Sometimes there can be lag times between when we log into our account online while using local oxygen's app. If someone has been waiting quite long for an order then maybe its because of these issues with logging onto your portal? Also sometimes orders get lost from one computer/device to another before reaching me at work (at least thats whats happening). Try both versions!! You wont regret it if you give them a go. Ordering supplies is almost always done within days not weeks since knowing exactly who needs help first helps us provide better service faster. The most important thing I like about local oxygen was how fast it got me up running again for my clients! They had some issues with their previous provider but were able to get them sorted quickly which made our transition seamless so we could start saving money immediately without any downtime or loss of service whatsoever - thank goodness, because if there's one benefit from having COVID-19 then surely its been more time than not spent catching up at home instead of working!!
