The best hand cream! It definitely looks like a luxury item, smells amazing (and I usually avoid scented products as they give me a headache) and works great.

Crabtree and Evelyn stopped making their lavender espresso lotion so I bought several of these lotions thinking L'Occitane was so expensive it was a good one quality must be. The scent was too floral, but that's personal taste. The reason for my bad rating is that the quality of the hand lotion was mediocre. INTERMEDIATE! Maybe better than a cheap grocery store lotion, but a lot less thick and moisturizing than Crabtree and Evelyn hand creams. I wish I had bought that or bought two bottles…

This scent is unlike other lavender products I have purchased from l'Occitane in the past. In fact, it didn't smell like lavender at all. I was also hoping for a thicker cream.

Don't buy this folks. My product was missing about 1/4 tube. Also, there was no seal on the product. Maybe this is normal, but I also found that the product smelled funny. Not quite how I remember the smell of lavender. (This one smelled like it had vanilla in it. Tin) I'm pretty skeptical about all of this, so I'm sending the product back. I should have just ordered directly from the L'Occitane website.
