The scent is ok, but too flowery for me. With all the hype surrounding this brand I was expecting a really GREAT QUALITY hand lotion but there are actually lotions you can buy at the grocery store that are superior to this company's hand lotion. I bought two based on a quality assumption and now I regret it. I like the smoothness of this hand cream. I've been using it for many years now, but the scent has changed quite a bit over the past few years. If the next batch I buy tastes the same, I'll have to ditch the flavored products and use plain shea butter. The difference in taste is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

As a long time L'Occitane fan, I wanted to love it. I have trouble sleeping, so I surround myself with lavender before bed. It smells great and the quality of the cream is on par with regular L'Occitane but after a while the smell turns into something else, a bit old smell. Too bad. I will continue to search for a replacement for my beloved Sapola mount.

I bought this thing in a smaller size to fill stockings. I had no idea how great it was until I finally tried it a few months later. I feel like I need to write a new thank you letter to whoever gave this to me. Non-greasy, smooth and silky. I love lavender and its scent is very clean in lavender scent. My hands are new again. Now I'm a regular customer.

I have bought this lotion many times and have been happy with it. However. The tube of lotion I received this time looks like someone has used it. The tube was definitely compressed and put back in the product packaging. The package was not damaged. I am very disappointed in this purchase and have no way of contacting the seller for a refund or replacement. From now on I go directly to the manufacturer for this product.

The box was damaged (which I found odd as it came in an undamaged shipping box. I don't find that particularly concerning as the product was fine but for the price I think beyond that Packaging product should be looked after better. Pros - DELICATE ODOR! Slightly long lasting, not greasy or harsh. This is my favorite lotion. Cons - hmmm maybe the price? I would probably buy it more often if it weren't for so much money but I wouldn't if the quality went down I love this lotion.

I wanted to try this purchase but wouldn't buy it again. 5 stars for the scent, it's really great. 4 stars for the thickness as it's a bit thinner than hand cream. 3 stars for the price because it's hard to justify paying that much for a hand cream. 2 stars for the packaging because the foil bottles are a pain and the cap is uncomfortably small and peculiar and I have to fiddle with it at least once before I manage to get it at the right angle to screw it back on.
