As long as your loaves are no larger than a loaf pan, this box will likely suit you just fine. I bought 3 of these to fit my 1lb home baked loaves (from a standard medium sized loaf pan) but the measurements are for external dimensions including ledges. We're talking about a container that actually measures 4 inches by 6-3/4 inches (bottom) and is 4 inches high. It is too small for bread larger than 4-1/2" x 4". -1/2" by 8-1/4" long.
