🔒 Loctite 1330585 263 Thread Locker, 50 mL: Secure and Reliable Fastening Solution Review

Loctite appears to be the same as the product purchased at the local store. But I have a problem with the packaging. It was packaged in the bottle shown in the photo, with no knock or seal. The volume of the container was at least 50% larger than the liquid content. The liquid volume is awkward to measure but I'm not sure I got 50ml. Product as stated on the label.

This material is durable. Especially for things like attaching an M6-1 bolt to the aluminum terminals of an aluminum clad LiFePO4 cell. I filled the port threads with M6 263, carefully screwed in the stainless steel studs and put a nut on the stud to hold it upright (the cell's aluminum threads were a bit loose). Two hours later the material solidified. Bolt removal requires much more torque than the cell terminals can handle, so this material should be considered durable in such applications.

I have the Chinese version saying it is from Henkel Asia and did not receive Locktite for the US market as shown in the picture. This is part #44068, NOT 1330585 as advertised. When I buy from Amazon I expect to get what is pictured and described, so it's bait and switch. Seriously, who knows what is different from the chemical composition of this product? I can't find any specification for it. The bottle itself is definitely lower quality than standard American Loctite. I could not confirm…
