The perfect wired headset.

Very nice wired headset, feels nice and good value. The headset really feels when I'm in it. Not too heavy and not too light. The ear pads are soft and very comfortable. Great sound and I like the flip down mic mute. Definitely recommend without hesitation.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Expandable

Convenient upgrade via Logitech H390

I am writing this during the COVID-19 pandemic and am working from home most of the time. I have an H390 headset that I've been using since 2015 and it's generally fine, but it puts some pressure on my ears and over time they start to hurt around the temples of the glasses. I've been using the wired Zone headset for a few days and it's much more comfortable on my ears. I was hoping to get a non-Microsoft Teams pair but they were out of stock; I assume the headphones themselves are no different.

Pros
  • Everything great!
Cons
  • Some errors

Not impressed. Poor switch design for such an expensive headset

Not impressed. The design of the switch leaves a lot to be desired for such an expensive headset. The plastic surface of the switch began to "explode” or sag/wear out almost immediately. I returned it and bought a Logitech H390 (cheaper model) instead. Very happy with the H390 - headphone sound, mic volume and clarity, and noise cancellation on the H390 are equal or better than the Logitech Zone for 1/3 the price. The only positive thing I can say about Zone is that it "looks cool". I do not…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Slightly crumpled

As a new telecommuter, I'm still trying to find the best office for my job. It took several attempts to finally find an internet connected headset that allowed me to hear, allowed clients to hear me without yelling, and kept background noise to an absolute minimum. The only downside of this model is convenience. The ear pads are soft but get a little warm after long hours of wearing. They also feel a bit tight on the head for a long time. However, that's a bit annoying for a headset that works…

The right earphone broke after nine months of gentle use

Update 7/20/21: Yesterday the right earphone broke. It works if you move the wire. I would consider this a very expensive headset and it will never break in normal use. Logitech support said it's still under warranty and will replace it, but it's currently out of stock. OMG.Original Review: Good quality headset. I find it quite convenient. This will mute a lot of ambient noise. So if someone is standing next to you and speaking, you may need to remove the headset from your ears to hear them…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

Horrible wind noise, bass cut, so-so fit

For the price and the Logitech brand, I expected more. The wind noise, as other reviewers point out, is unforgivable. The sound quality is ok when it works. Too bad it doesn't always work. It seems that with the pair I bought the bass is only good for the first 3-4 seconds of plugging in; after that it just disappears. The fit is what I expected for this price range. They're comfortable enough for a few hours, but no more. The ear cushions are soft, but when strained in the ears, they become…
