Update 7/20/21: Yesterday the right earphone broke. It works if you move the wire. I would consider this a very expensive headset and it will never break in normal use. Logitech support said it's still under warranty and will replace it, but it's currently out of stock. OMG.Original Review: Good quality headset. I find it quite convenient. This will mute a lot of ambient noise. So if someone is standing next to you and speaking, you may need to remove the headset from your ears to hear them. That is a good thing. Make sure you download and install the Logi Tune software, which will update the firmware and also allow you to turn off the "unmute, unmute" audio prompts.
