Battery life is too short. Too much external noise. Not worth $78. Should be around $40 for quality or lack of it, if anything!

I have used Logitech headsets for many years and have been happy with them. That's an exception, I don't like that. The connection is quite unreliable. Turns on and off as I walk around the room. When I'm at my desk, I get clipping and noise. The battery lasts less than a workday with moderate use. When I look down, the headset slips off my head. When working properly, the sound quality is very good.

If I had forgotten the packaging I would return it. The on/off switch is very fiddly. I expect it will break in a few months. The main reason I don't like them is that I can't go more than 15 feet from my computer without losing the signal. Remotely does not work as described.

The first set was returned because it didn't charge after two weeks. The second device simply stopped connecting to the Bluetooth receiver after 3 months. Not an experienced user so this product is not worth the price. Buy a good set of wireless BT headphones and don't waste hundreds of dollars making them cheaper. Let the buyer be alert!

The supplied battery lasts very short. The price of this item on Amazon is almost double that of another popular seller. The included battery should be of better quality.

There was the same model and it worked for 3 years or more. I considered buying another one, but this device took two days to charge and never lighted up, especially when trying to connect it to a laptop.

You have cheap itchy foam on your ears. Battery life dropped to 5 hours after just 3 months of use. They are not tight on the head and fall off easily.

Despite the high price, it seems to work well, I've been using it continuously for several hours a day for at least 4-5 months. I even got a little over 6 hours, but I'm only less than a meter from my PC. The advantage of this headset is that it's comfortable and you can hear yourself so you don't scream and you can hear the sounds around you so it's more natural to wear.
