🔍 Lokar ED-5001 Engine Dipstick with Enhanced Flexibility Review

Looks great and is not that difficult to install. The headers made it a bit more difficult to tighten the mount, but not that bad. Light years are better than stocks.

Lokar products are fantastic, Revain incorrectly labels this engine for engines up to 79 sbc, should be for 80 and up. Went back and bought the correct one after consulting the Lokar website.

Replaced Overrated Oil Dipstick on SBC 350 Gen 1. Works great even on long Patriots, functional, accurate and looks great. Worth every penny.

I stumbled across this part after installing headers on my car and realizing the stock oil line part no longer fits. Delivery was quick and installation is great (unlike collectors 😒) Would definitely recommend to friends

Very good, the price is higher there but in the end I am happy with my purchase and the decision not to buy cheap 20€ probes. I used this on my 91 Firebird 305 tbi, I removed the stock headers and broke the dipstick which was rust welded to the header bolt. I enlarged the hole as much as possible to mount Hooker 2460HKR headers and used 3/8-18 SS Arp 5/16 head header screws to clean out the pipes. Really great fit, can be 4-6 inches longer after mounting bracket but works great, looks great…
