As my tests showed, this flexible curve design is a must-have for any sewing enthusiast. It allows for precise and easy shaping, perfect for creating unique curves and patterns. The tool is durable and long-lasting, making it a worthwhile investment. However, it does require some practice to master the art of using it to its full potential.

I use this for sewing clothes. I've found that if you bend a ruler into a "U" shape to get a step curve, the actual measurements are wrong. The ribbon inside is crumpled. I like the fact that it can be made into different shapes to get the right curve, but it would be more efficient if the measurements were printed on a ruler instead of the paper inside. I still use it often, but I also need a tape measure to work the way I want.

I make things out of steel. First I make drawings and sometimes I draw patterns on paper. Often these drawings contain parabolic curves and other fairly precise curves that I need to get right. This crooked ruler cannot be fully extended as it is bent for storage. Curves always have an overhang or two, otherwise the ruler won't be able to hold the curve the way I want it. I think my expectations are beyond the scope of this tool. Soon I will be using the French curves which I should have bought
