Terrible hum when off

CD player works fine but makes a very high pitched hum when off which can only be turned off by unplugging. For me, having a CD player in my child's room defeats the purpose. I would go back but I threw away the box so I'll warn others instead.

Great little CD player

Bought for my 5 year old to listen to music at night. She loves the colors and the lights that flash when her music is playing. I love that it has a simple design, is compact, and turns off automatically when your CD runs out. I think it's perfect for what I bought it for and has easily withstood a little abuse from a little brother.

Can't turn off the light show

Although this player plays music well, it always puts on a bright light show. This makes it impossible to use the player in a dark room, allowing a person to listen to music before going to bed. The minimal documentation that comes with this player makes no mention of the light show. As the product description. There is no documented way to disable this annoying feature.

Excellent Convenient Inexpensive Multifunctional Player!

Perfect for what I was looking for. I needed a small non-black portable CD/radio player. Use it in various places around our house for my kids (music with CDs, radio on the jazz station during meals and snacks and art classes). I love that it has "modern" era extras like USB and still has ports for AUX-in and headphones (haven't tried them yet but I'm sure they work great). Good enough for me!

I bought this for my son to listen to audio books before bed. For the price it serves its purpose. The downsides are that the buttons are small and it's hard to know what's what (the volume up and volume down buttons are on different sides, it's not easy to see how to move forward, etc.), but that's fine after you've screwed up some time. The backlight turns on automatically when you turn it on, but just press and hold the power button for a few seconds and it turns off. Not bad for the money!

Rainbow lights up when music is playing

This CD player is pretty cool. Bought this for my daughter (blue) and she loves it because the speakers actually light up every color of the rainbow and vibrate to the beat of the music (and sometimes kids audiobooks). Didn't know it had this feature when I bought it to replace the white version of the same product but she loves it so much. It has a USB port that allows you to play music (or audiobooks). if you have it on a USB stick, as well as a typical CD player and radio options. Definitely
