I was in a hurry to get a closed-toe sandal suitable for kindergarten. They arrived and I thought they looked too wide but they are not at all and my little girl loves them. She usually prefers them to other sandals. They are true to size. I ordered 4 and 4.5 to be on the safe side. 4 fit but almost exactly so I'm glad I have the next size up. Very, very nice! Much nicer than her photos. The rubber sole is well made and the leather straps are soft; wide enough to protect the toes but thin enough to allow the shoe to breathe. I wish the rubber outsole was a little lighter but they aren't very heavy just for my taste. It will definitely last longer than cheap lightweight plastic.
