When I first ordered this in July I really liked it. The smell is pleasant, the hair became thicker, shinier and more elastic. So in August I ordered another bottle. As soon as I applied the conditioner from the second bottle to my hair, I immediately knew something was wrong. The smell was completely different and the feeling of the conditioner was different. Also, with the first bottle of conditioner, as soon as I applied the conditioner to my hair, my hair was detangled and soft. What was in

Highly Recommended - Shampoo & Conditioner

As a kid, my mum used to warn me about sulfates in shampoos, but I just dismissed it (I thought I knew better - how naive of me). Years of using sulfate shampoos has taken a toll on my hair and I've definitely noticed it. Now my hair is very thin and straight, like a pencil. He has no body, no shuttlecocks. I hated the smell!

I've come to the conclusion that the ONLY thing that can explain the horrible smell is that the product is moldy. It was so bad that after my hair was dried and styled, I had to wash it again to get rid of the smell. My husband sniffed his pipe and said it wasn't gross, then reminded me I can't stand the smell of cabbage so it's possible the smell tolerance is genetic. May be. This could explain why some reviewers rated the scent positively, while others responded in the same way as I did. I…

Great for red hair at Hair Care

Have been using this shampoo for over 5 years. I have a sensitive scalp and oily, long, light brown hair. Although my hair color is natural, I like to tone it and sometimes color it in for an effect. Unfortunately, I have to wash my hair every day. It keeps my color intact and my hair gets many compliments for its color, health and shine. It smells great too. I've tried many high-end products that you can only buy at salons or stores like Ulta and Sephora; but I keep coming back to it.
