Review on LOreal Paris EverPure Conditioner Color Treated by Jessica Russell

When I first ordered this in July I really liked it. The smell is pleasant, the hair became thicker, shinier and more elastic. So in August I ordered another bottle. As soon as I applied the conditioner from the second bottle to my hair, I immediately knew something was wrong. The smell was completely different and the feeling of the conditioner was different. Also, with the first bottle of conditioner, as soon as I applied the conditioner to my hair, my hair was detangled and soft. What was in the second bottle didn't detangle or moisturize my hair at all. After washing it out, my hair wasn't as silky smooth as it was when it was the first bottle. He didn't feel conditioned. Then when my hair dried, my hair dried like hay. This confirmed to me that this product that was in the second bottle of conditioner was not a true L'Oreal volume conditioner. I don't know what's in that second bottle, but it's not what it's supposed to be. I want my money back as soon as possible.
