I like the weight of this filing cabinet. This is a good hanging file cabinet and looks just like the picture. The clasp works well and is already suitable for hanging the sleeves of a file folder. I agree with other posters that it is intended for the home office. It is too light for business use where it is heavily used, folded or moved, slammed. It's perfect for me for home office use to store folders.

This is the perfect filing cabinet next to my computer desk at home. I needed it to feed important papers and my printer was upstairs, with extra paper and supplies in one of the drawers. I also bought colored hanging files, no need for rails, they hang well in the drawer. The bone color I bought is nice and neutral. It's light enough that I can easily move around on the tile floor without tipping over when the drawers are open. Blocked when you need it.

Light - means very weak! only with folders for paper files. It is easy to move and supports a small printer, but not recommended for heavy daily opening, closing and storage of commercial office. For the money I find it average. Do not use in a commercial office environment. A home office for moderate monthly use is fine. Locks don't protect anyone but your baby.

UPDATE: We moved and one side was completely broken. Not durable at all. Could have been smashed with a hammer. It's not safe. I opened the box, which had no external damage, and unpacked the case. When I pulled it out, I saw that the bottom right side of the bottom drawer was dented inward. After opening it to see how the damaged drawer would work due to the dent, I found that I couldn't close it because the bottom corner under the drawer frame was dished out, preventing the drawer from sliding into its return to closed position. I LOVE THESE CABINETS! This is a great purely functional filing cabinet for the price. It's light and well made. I'm 5 feet 3 inches and I'm not particularly strong. I could get them out of the box by myself, picking up each one! and easily moved to where I need them. Very slim, attractive appearance. to install.
