Pens are a joke

Bought these for my two little ones today. The instructions say to twist the handle to fill it with water. Ha! I literally had to use a vise to open all 4 handles. One broke in the process. From now on I'll stick with Water Wow.

The kids spent hours on this

this is so perfect for the little ones! We've been coloring these pages over and over again for so long. As the pages dry, they will turn white again. And markers can be refilled indefinitely, making them very useful for car trips or anytime your child has to sit and wait for something.

Cool item in Arts & Crafts

These little magic water books are really cool. Just fill the pen with water and start coloring in the white pages and watch the pictures come to life! I bought this for my almost 4 year old daughter to keep her occupied on our trip and it kept her hooked for a while. The only small problem is that the edges of the book are not waterproof. So if they get stained there, it will be damaged by water. After the page dries, it magically turns white again. This is a cool product and ideal for young…

Good for young children

They fit my two children under 4 years old so well. They loved the coloring and my daughter loved the book with the planets and such. My only issue is that the caps on the handles are a bit difficult to remove at first. I had to use my teeth/jaw to unscrew it the first time, but from that point on it was pretty easy to unscrew to fill with water. Overall I would say these books and markers are a great way to keep kids active and give them a fun activity without the mess!

Suitable for older toddlers

We had a version of this brand with my older kids and they were great! I thought I would try this for my 15 month old and she is too young. The pens have felt tips instead of brush tips, which is good for kids with better motor skills, but my daughter is too small to appreciate the accuracy. She too seems to have put everything in her mouth for 15 months and the whole marker came out and she chewed it. Older babies past this stage will probably be able to cope, but it's just not safe for…
