Good product so far

Seems like a great $$ deal. We've only been using it for a few days, but it works great, it's easy to set up the way we want it (although we have to make sure we don't lose the barcode guide!) and it scans great. However, the cables are short, so we had to rearrange our desktop to allow the base unit to be plugged into a power outlet and a PC. So far this is my only complaint. I would probably give it 4.5 stars for that, but it doesn't annoy them enough to lose a whole star for it!

Check, check, check and check again!

I was looking for a scanner to help me with inventory in our warehouse and after a few glitches I thought I found what "according to the item description" was. I needed a scanner that works with Windows 10 and came across an LS-Pro scanner that said it would work with "Win 7/8/10". So I ordered it (3rd attempt). Came here to find out it's not. I ended up having to pull out an old Win7 PC to get it working. My point is that descriptions are sometimes misleading. and this resulted in an…

Has some problems. Best Point of Sale Equipment (POS)

I don't like it. All in all, from the outside it looks solid and survivable in an elementary school library and all the junk that goes with it. However, it has some technical problems. Communication is shaky. I end up having to turn off the computer to turn it back on. It doesn't seem to keep Bluetooth on, but it thinks it does, and I can't get it to disconnect and reconnect without turning it off. It also doesn't sit well in the charger, so I kept fiddling with it to charge it. The other day I

So easy to set up. Ideal for libraries.

Bought for our library and it's great! So easy to set up compared to the bluetooth scanners we have. In addition, it costs significantly less. It has many customization options that can be easily configured by simply scanning the various barcodes provided in the quick start guide. My favorite feature is the offline scanning mode, which allows you to scan items and later download them to a Word document or other software at the same time. This feature is great for inventory in a library…

REALLY good scanner for the price-- CHANGED MY MIND

I have a delivery company and use scanners all over the system. I can't afford to stock a warehouse with $800 branded scanners - they're well known, but you pay for the name. And we had a hard time finding a wireless/wireless scanner that worked well. The cheap ones are slow, or need to be within yards of the owner, or aim perfectly (all of which are frustrating and not worth the effort). So I went with wired scanners, which work great, but being tied to a host is a problem! Then the scanner…
