I have a delivery company and use scanners all over the system. I can't afford to stock a warehouse with $800 branded scanners - they're well known, but you pay for the name. And we had a hard time finding a wireless/wireless scanner that worked well. The cheap ones are slow, or need to be within yards of the owner, or aim perfectly (all of which are frustrating and not worth the effort). So I went with wired scanners, which work great, but being tied to a host is a problem! Then the scanner response time slowed down A LOT. I'm in the process of replacing them with other scanners. If it was one I would be fine, but multiple? We use them a lot, each scanner probably scans 750-1000 times a night. But it shouldn't matter. I stumbled across this scanner on Revain and thought what the heck. I bought one, tried it live in my warehouse with a few people. Went back and bought 10 more the next day. It's not perfect, but what in life? It installed in just a few seconds, literally plug and play, didn't need any other programming for my needs (maybe you have others) and for the price I can buy 10 of these (vs expensive ones) and get everything I need need need need. To be honest, the price surprised me!
