Wouldn't it be great if Cat wasn't an ass

Good quality rug and lays flat on my rug. Unfortunately I need a rug the size of my rug because my cat is a hole. It only moved to the side where the carpet lay to scratch my carpet. You have to love cats.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Nothing here

In general, this is a good product

My cat loves these scratching posts. They're a little smaller than I expected, but they're ok. They're thick and durable, I think they'll last quite a while. I wish they had glue to hold them in place and a small side so my cat doesn't scratch the carpet when using the pillow.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Reliability

New product idea for scratching posts

I took them, cut them in half and glued them vertically where the cat scratched the door panel. Too bad someone didn't make them the size of the door panel. They cover scratches and give the cat something else to sharpen its claws on. I would recommend the larger size if you want to use it for a horizontal scratch mat.

  • New

Lsaifate Cat Scratcher Mats deserve 5 stars in all categories listed.

These cat scratch mats deserve a 5 star rating for the above questions. The cost, although more than my previous purchases, is definitely worth it. I have 3 cats that use them every day to exercise mats but they hold up to the claws.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Not the best

Cat does not use it

Good product and seller. The product is as described and I see no reason why our cat wouldn't use it other than that it "purrs" a different texture (like our sofa). Tried with and without catnip. The carrier sent it quickly. There are no complaints. I also received furniture tape/roll which I stuck on the sofa. It worked great as a deterrent. I'm still working on giving her an alternative that she likes.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Only available in white

These works! for cats

We have just adopted two teenage cats and have bought several. They went straight to them to scratch, didn't touch any of the furniture and they even prefer them to other scattered carpets that we might want to scratch. We put them straight onto some rugs that we thought might scratch and they definitely preferred these. A great alternative or addition to vertical scratching posts - the more options the merrier!

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons

The Queen of Scratch didn't use it at all

Cats are oddly individual. The owners know that. So I don't want to generalize. But my cat (Bengal) does not use the new pads. We have a house decorated with scratching posts to protect furniture - the idea is to make using mats comfortable. used cardboard pads - various cardboard options are fine, but (a) they are dirty and (b) the dog has started vomiting them. They move and flex as they are used.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Something different

Great find: Scratching Posts

I use these in place of cheap sisal rope on cat climbers or tree climbers. They can be trimmed and easily attached to most round or flat surfaces. I didn't have any of this to show even a wear and tear as the faux spruce falls apart for weeks if inevitably changes route. She loves this material because it really stands up to her toughest scratches. It is foolish to put them on the ground without an anchor as they will slip or smack her in the face.

Pros
  • Trial for one year
Cons
  • Not all fit
