Disappointing Purchase, Poor Quality

Through trial and error, I found that this product was not worth the investment. While it claims to be compatible, I struggled to fit it onto my ceiling fan without any success. The pros? None. The cons? It's flimsy and poorly made. Save yourself time and money and look for a different option.

I have ordered this twice and both times the sleeve was missing

If this is a combo pack I will need both parts. I have ordered twice and both orders were incomplete I am returning both boxes and will not order again unless I can guarantee I will receive both parts, the bulb and sleeve.

False Advertising Ceiling Fan

The product I bought was a combination UV lamp and quartz tube. The first one I ordered arrived broken (I heard the sound of broken glass when I took the box, I didn't have to open the box to realize it was broken), I sent it back and " reordered". The second batch arrived and all that was sent was a UV lamp, not a quartz tube.
