I bought the skin of scented trees and wondered if the maker had ever sniffed the leather. This flavor is a blend of sweet tobacco and Lysol. Terrible. I took it out of the car within 5 minutes of smelling it. If it smelled like leather, I believe the quality of the wood would linger and spread through the car the same way the horrible non-leather smell did.

I fell in love with this fragrance many years ago, unfortunately there are no stores that sell it in my town so I turned to Revain and I am very happy with it! Everyone who gets into my car loves this scent and always talks about how good my car always smells. As I only use this fragrance in my car I find that the smell lingers a bit and my car always smells fresh. I wish the tree would last longer but hey I just love that smell so much it doesn't matter.

I love the smell of leather, especially during football season! They arrived in the mail much quicker than promised and are damn good for trying out leather scents. They're not perfect like Scentsy wax for leather, but especially for a cardboard freshener I say BRAVO - they're great! They also make great stockings for all boys. One is hidden behind the TV, one is in the truck and one is in the room where my dogs sleep. Will definitely buy again.

I don't smell like real leather. But when someone gets into my car, they tell me it smells like leather. I don't know if it actually smells like leather or if they see leather seats and assume it's leather. It smells more like a new car to me. Not just "new car smell", but a real new car. I love the smell of this leather tree, I just don't think it smells like you think it does. Describing the smell is very difficult.

We leave our trash cans in the garage because of the marauding bears. (Haven't seen them this year!) Found a bit gross, although due to the heat I'm washing the glasses as needed this year. Attach the "tree" to the lid of the jar with strong tape. It covers the smell quite well. At least better than without. I bought the first ones at the Wal store to try. Took maybe a month and a half.
