Soap bags are very easy to open and exchange. Very durable and easy installation. Excellent value for money, the soap is easy to dose and the automatic dosing is very efficient.

The automatic dispenser is a must for kids to clean more. They like it and touch less, less germs. I've been using them at work for years and they are very reliable and then I was impressed, perfect for kids! Now all toddlers are doing more laundry and in times like these safety can't come at a price! Recommend! Love it!

The dispenser itself works great. I love foam soap. However, refills can be expensive. I highly recommend screwing them to the wall; The glue is sticky but when you add the additive the dispenser gets a lot heavier and 2 out of 3 of my dispensers fell off the wall. I already screwed them to the wall and there were no problems.

Absolute disaster. The glue doesn't hold. Units fall off the wall. After emptying and trying to fill again, this indicates that the soap is not suitable. I used to have the same soap. The batteries lasted several weeks, after which the acid began to leak. Thinking that I could solve the problem with the poor quality glue on the back panel, I glued them to the walls with silicone. Now I have to destroy everything and throw all 5 dispensers and soap in the bin.

WILL NOT WORK WITH HAND SANITIZATION REFILLS. If you want to use it as a hand sanitizer dispenser, you need to buy a hand soap refill and swap the plastic fitting for a sanitizer bottle. It has a gray tip that the donor will recognize. I tried painting the white tip of the sanitizer gray but it didn't work. If the dispenser does not see the correct shade of gray tip on the bottle, they will not dispense. A bit silly but very easy to get around this.

We used to have several of these dispensers in the office, both soap dispensers and hand sanitizer dispensers. We just bought one for our house and it only works with hand soap! We have just ordered our third unit for our second bathroom. We currently have one by the kitchen sink and in the shared bathroom. I can't say enough about the convenience of hands-free bulk soap dispensing! My wife loves having it in the kitchen because she can wash her hands while cooking without damaging the soap dispenser.
