Great for luggage and travel gear

I bought this for my cruise to pack in my suitcase to use on trips for my camera, wallet and accessories and it has worked great. My husband didn't mind that it was on his shoulder either! Compact size in a small suitcase. With a clip you can attach it to your shopping bag. Great compact backpack! Can't say enough.

Great Portable Folding Backpack

I love Lug products. This backpack folds into its own outer pocket. When folded, it fits in my purse or suitcase. I live in the city and commute or walk. So when I'm running errands after work (grocery shopping, etc.), it's easy to pull this out and carry heavy items in a backpack. I carried it in my suitcase on vacation and used it as hand luggage when I came back with extra purchases.

Pros
  • Nicely

  • No Instructions

Cute but impractical

Broke on first use. I bought this for a short trip and thought it would be easy to take on a plane. He crawled under the seat, but the seams came undone under the weight of my stuff. If you really need a backpack to carry books or other essentials then this isn't for you. It's cute, light and compact, like a thin windbreaker. Maybe it could serve as a handbag replacement or diaper bag, but it wouldn't do the job of a regular backpack.

  • Great for me

  • Almost everything there

Comfortable, spacious. for backpacks

Good size foldable backpack with large pockets - 1 large outside zipped pocket, 1 zipped pocket on the side, 1 bottle pocket on the other side. In addition, the different patterns available make it more attractive than the regular folding option. It folds up and packs away pretty easily (a lot of things are really hard to get back in the pockets). I took it folded up on a trip to a running event and it was very useful for returning all the crap I bought at the show. Would be great for a longer…

Very attractive but not made for heavy use or everyday use around town

Love how it looks - very cute and light weight. However, when I packed it as carry-on with a book in the outside pocket, the stitching on the side pocket detached from the material. I repaired it myself but bottom line is very nice but not very durable. Add this. If you're using this in an urban area and using public transport, there are real downsides. Because it has absolutely no fixed shape, it will curl up into a pile of fabric when you put it on the floor - which you often want to do on a…
